1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or using MarketEdge, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
2. What MarketEdge is
MarketEdge reads a prediction-market question, from a screenshot, a photo, or a pasted link, and returns an AI-generated read on whether the market's current price looks mispriced. "Today's Picks" does the same thing proactively, scanning markets in topics you follow. Every result is the model's own best-effort reasoning, not a guarantee, and not financial, investment, or trading advice. You decide what, if anything, to do with it.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use MarketEdge. Prediction markets are restricted or unavailable in some jurisdictions. You're responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply to you.
4. Your account
You can sign in with Apple, Google, or an email and password. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for anything that happens under your account. Let us know if you think it's been compromised.
5. Subscriptions and billing
MarketEdge Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed through the App Store. It renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends, which you can do any time in your Apple ID subscription settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies. We don't process payments or refunds directly.
6. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the app: no reverse engineering, no scraping or automating access outside normal use, no reselling or redistributing its output as your own product, and no using it in a way that disrupts the service for other people.
7. No financial advice, no execution
MarketEdge doesn't place trades, hold funds, or connect to a wallet or exchange. It only shows information and its own AI-generated opinion about markets hosted elsewhere. Nothing in the app is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any position. Trading involves real risk of loss; only ever risk what you can afford to lose, and treat every pick as a second opinion, not an instruction.
8. Third-party markets
Market data and links shown in the app come from Polymarket and Kalshi, services MarketEdge isn't affiliated with, doesn't control, and can't guarantee the accuracy of. Prices can move between when a pick was generated and when you see it.
9. Intellectual property
The MarketEdge app, its design, and its branding belong to MarketEdge AI. You keep ownership of anything you upload (like a screenshot); you're giving us permission to process it solely to generate your analysis.
10. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which permanently removes your data. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
MarketEdge is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any AI-generated read will be accurate.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, MarketEdge AI isn't liable for losses arising from your use of the app, including trading losses based on anything it shows you.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the app changes. Continuing to use MarketEdge after an update means you accept the revised terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms shall deprive you of any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you under the laws of the country in which you reside.
